1. Who we are

CimentArt Benelux is a trade name of Seb 7 Enterprise CommV, Mallekotstraat 73, 2500 Lier, Belgium, VAT BE 0799.486.668, distributor of CimentArt in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Contact: info@cimentartbenelux.com or WhatsApp +32 475 97 02 97.

2. For whom

Pro prices and online ordering are for professionals with a valid VAT number in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg. Private customers send a request and receive a quote. Anyone can request the sample kit. These terms apply to every order.

3. Pro account

You create a pro account with your VAT number. We check it in VIES, the European Union database. We may refuse or close an account if the VAT number is not valid or in case of abuse.

4. Prices

Prices for pros are excl. VAT and depend on your level: Pro -10%, Pro Plus -15% from € 35,000, Partner -25% by invitation from € 80,000, on the list price. Your level follows your purchases over the last 12 months per VAT number. Discounts never stack, the highest applies. The switching bonus applies once per VAT number, for new customers only. Pros in the Netherlands and Luxembourg with a valid VAT number: VAT is reverse charged.

5. Ordering and payment

An order on the site is a request. It becomes final once we confirm it. You then receive the invoice, to be paid by bank transfer within the term on the invoice. Your first order is paid upfront: we ship after receiving payment.

6. Bonus

An order of € 7,500 or more after discount in one go gives 5% of that amount in free products of your choice. One order is one company, one invoice and one delivery address.

7. Delivery

We deliver from Antwerp to Belgium (€ 99), the Netherlands and Luxembourg (€ 149), free from € 3,000 after discount. Express (+ € 150) only when everything is in stock. Partner: free delivery from € 1,500, express € 75. Collection in Antwerp is free. Delivery times are indicative. Check the delivery on receipt and report visible damage straight away.

8. Withdrawal

If you buy as a private customer (the sample kit or through a quote), you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, except for products tinted for you. There is no right of withdrawal for orders by professionals.

9. Complaints

Report a complaint about a visible defect within 8 days of delivery, with photos, to orders@cimentartbenelux.com.

10. Use of the products

Always follow the CimentArt data sheets and method. The calculations and tools on the site are an aid, not a guarantee. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect application, an unsuitable surface or not following the data sheets.

11. Ownership

The products remain our property until paid in full.

12. Law

Belgian law applies. In case of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
