Can I order as a private customer?

Yes, through a request. Tell us about your project and we will send you a quote. Pro prices are only for professionals with a VAT number. Order as a private customer

Does it dry out fast while you trowel?

No. With CimentArt you can mist water on what you have already applied and on your mix while you work, and simply keep trowelling. It stays workable: no rush and no lap marks.

How does ordering work?

Fill your basket and place your order. You see straight away what is in stock. We confirm, you receive the invoice and pay by bank transfer. Your first order is paid upfront.

How fast will I get my order?

Everything is in stock in Antwerp. With express: in Belgium the same day if you order before 11 am, in the Netherlands and Luxembourg the next working day (same day on request). Collection is always possible, free of charge.

Which surfaces can it go on?

On tiles, concrete and screed, plasterboard and smooth walls, as long as the surface is hard, clean and dry. Moisture 6% at most. In doubt? Do the surface check or send a photo.

Is Aqua Microconcrete really waterproof?

Yes, the whole Aqua line is 100% waterproof. In bathrooms and showers you finish with 1 coat of Sealer and 2 coats of PU WB.
