2. Which data

For your pro account: VAT number, company, name, email, mobile, country, the brand you use now and your password (stored encrypted, we cannot read it). For orders and the sample kit: your address, your order and your notes. For security: your IP address, only to prevent abuse.

3. Why

To manage your account, check your VAT number via VIES, process and invoice your order, and to answer you. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and our legal obligation to keep accounts.

4. With whom

With our hosting partner in the European Union, our accounting and the carrier of your order. We never sell your data.

5. How long

As long as your account exists. We keep invoices for 7 years, as required by law. Security data for 30 days at most.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and object. Email info@cimentartbenelux.com. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

7. Security

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored encrypted. Forms are protected against spam and abuse.

8. Colour on your photo

A photo you use in the colour tool stays on your device. It is not sent or stored.
